I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were very clean and even had a balcony which seemed perfect for a romantic getaway. However, I encountered some service issues with the additional charges and unhelpful behavior. The location was convenient, close to public transportation but not right in the city center. The dining options were decent with some room for improvement.
